Getting Here

From the South, leave the M90 (Edinburgh to Perth) at Junction 6, take the exit through Kinross, following signs to Loch Leven's Larder and travel about 4 miles east on the A911, Kinross to Glenrothes road.

If you're coming from the North, leave the M90 (Perth to Edinburgh) at junction 7, take the exit through Milnathort, travel about 4 miles southeast on the A911, Milnathort to Glenrothes road.

Driving along the A911, when you've passed Loch Leven's Larder (on your right) and the Balgedie Toll Tavern (on your left), you're getting close! After passing the Easter Balgedie sign, we are the first driveway on your left, through stone and black wrought iron gates and Balgedie Lodge, with it's purple chimney pot, is right there.

Simply park inside the gates, alongside the cottage and walk through the garden gate to reach the front door.

Please note that the driveway is also shared by Balgedie House, so please do make sure cars are parked neatly on the drive so others can pass by if needed.

Obviously, if you are coming the other way along the A911, you'll pass through Kinnesswood and then, when you get to Easter Balgedie, the driveway will be the last one on your right, just past some farm buildings.

Although many people use SatNav or google maps, be warned; occasionally the machine gets confused as all the postcodes in Easter Balgedie are the same. So, if you are relying on a device of sorts, it may be worth having a quick read of the directions above too, just in case!
